Event Details

During our 4/22 Virtual Hang Teen, you can bring whatever craft, hobby, or project your working on and work on it with virtual company! Participants will be able to interact with the host and other participants through video and audio. 

If you need an idea of something to work on, try visual journaling! Visual journaling involves combining images, text, drawings, and other mixed media to express yourself.To visual journal, you don't need much - just  paper, a journal, OR something else you can draw or write on like a piece of cardboard. Other needed materials include any combination of the following that you have readily available:

Writing utensils: pens/pencils, sharpies, pastels, watercolor, acrylic paints, markers, colored pencils, crayons, ink & stamps

Adhesives: washi tape, masking or scotch tape, glue stick, liquid glue

Other materials: scissors, ruler, stencils

Misc. materials: ribbon, string, photos, images or text from magazines/books, stickers, etc. 

Note: The program will be hosted in Zoom, a video conference software that is free for participants. Zoom meeting details will be sent to registrants the day before the program. The Zoom video conference is considered a virtual Library facility, and sessions will be recorded and archived with other City files. Participants must adhere to the Library Facility Guidelines while attending.
