Upcoming Reservation Changes

The Cozby Library and Community Commons will soon be using a new reservation software! While we prepare for this migration, our current room reservation software will be turned off. No new requests will be accepted from Friday, February 27 - Sunday, March 8. Starting March 9, room reservations will temporarily be made through an online form. 
Current Room Reservation Software will be turned off on Friday, February 27 at 5 pm. 
No new reservations can be made from Saturday, February 28 - Sunday, March 8.
A temporary online room reservation form will be available starting Monday, March 9. 
Existing room reservations will not be impacted. 
 
We are dedicated to providing meeting spaces for our community and we appreciate your patience while we make these changes. Please contact library@coppelltx.gov with any questions. 

Room Reservation Requests

1. Requests are not reservations. Approval is required.

2. You must have a Cozby library card to make a request. Your card must be current, up-to-date, and free of overdue items or charges.

3. Only one request can be submitted at a time. An approved reservation must be completed before a second is submitted.

4. Requests must be made at least 3 days in advance, but no more than 3 months in advance.

5. Reservations are limited to a maximum of 3 hours.

6. Only non-profit organizations are permitted to request reservations in the Meeting Rooms.
