Join library staff and special guest instructor Teresa Mungo for a virtual edition of Teen Crafternoon! We will be learning how to make paper flowers. Beginning June 29th pick up a teen crafting bag from the library that includes supplies for this project and four other projects (while supplies last). Bags will be available from the lobby or by curbside appointment. Please see HERE for the latest updates on how to pick up materials.
If you are not able to pick up a bag you will need:
- Pencil
- Scissors
- Ruler
- Glue gun
- Glue sticks
- Card stock or thick paper (you can also use construction paper)
- 6-8 sheets of main flower color
- 1 sheet of different color for flower center
- 1 sheet of green for leaf color
- Flower template. Free templates can be found online. Here are some suggestions:

- Optional: twine or ribbon, a small frame, canvas, or board to mount and decorate your flowers
Note: The program will be hosted in Zoom, a video conference software that is free for participants. Zoom meeting details will be sent to registrants the day before the program. The Zoom video conference is considered a virtual Library facility. Participants must adhere to the Library Facility Guidelines while attending.
