Event Details
This presentation is designed to help participants shift away from restrictive diets and discover how small, manageable changes—known as micro habits—can create lasting results. Attendees will learn how to achieve their health goals while still enjoying the foods they love, all without the pressure of following another unsustainable fad diet. It's perfect for January, when many are thinking about New Year’s resolutions and looking for realistic ways to improve their health. This class is informative, fun, and provides practical tools that attendees can begin using right away.
Sinead Adedipe is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and the founder of Sprinkles of Nutrition, a virtual private nutrition practice. She holds a Master's in Human Nutrition from TWU and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from Texas A&M.
This program is for adults 18 and older. No registration is required.
