Program Description

Event Details

Learn to create a paper garland with a variety of hanging ornaments made of recycled maps.  This simple idea can be used to make all kinds of decorations.  All supplies provided by the library.  This program is for adults 18 and up.  Participants must register.  As of May 17, 2021, masks are not required in city facilities. Program attendees are encouraged to follow the CDC's guidelines for unvaccinated and vaccinated individuals.
