"My artwork reflects my journey moving across cultures, observing different problems and perspectives in various places, adapting to change, exploring resilience, transformation, and the quiet moments that shape personal growth."
Having lived in India, South Africa, and the United States, Jai Sri Lasya Komirisetty's artistic perspective is changes in movement to different places, identities, and ways of seeing the world. Her collection focuses on the topic of identities and perspective changes through movement to different places. She is a Coppell High School junior who recently earned national recognition in December 2025 by winning First Place in the prestigious Wyland National Art and Classroom Mural Challenge.
