Please join us as Joe the Baker teaches us an easy pie to celebrate Pi Day (3.14). Joe will make two galettes, one sweet and one savory.
Ingredients needed:
Galette Dough:
114 grams butter
170 grams all purpose flour
25 grams sugar
120 grams cream cheese
4 grams salt
Apple Pie Filling:
3 large apples, granny smith or honeycrisp, peeled, cored, and sliced
100 grams honey 5 grams salt
Seasoning to taste (cinnamon, cardamom, pepper, etc)
Tomato Goat Cheese Pie Filling:
4 oz goat cheese
5 large tomatoes, peeled and sliced as desired
Seasoning to taste (oregano, thyme, pepper, etc)
