Please join us as Joe the Baker teaches us how to make french toast casserole just in time for Mother's Day!
INGREDIENTS NEEDED
Custard Mix
- 4 cups half & half (2 cups each whole milk and heavy cream) – can substitute full fat coconut milk in equal measure
- 6 large eggs
- 4 large egg yolks
- 6 ounces granulated sugar
- ½ ounce salt
- Vanilla, liquor, fruit, chocolate as desired
Staled bread slices- can be donuts, brioche, challah, croissant, cake slices, sandwich bread, etc.

Note: The program will be hosted in Zoom, a video conference software that is free for participants. Zoom meeting details will be sent to registrants the day before the program.
