Just in time for Valentine's Day we've got a chocolate truffle-making class with Joe the Baker! Learn how simple it is to make something so sweet. Just watch or follow along in your own kitchen!
The list of supplies you will need:
6 oz heavy cream (whipping cream, heavy whipping cream is fine)
9 oz good quality dark chocolate, divided
1/2 oz honey or corn syrup (optional)
Sprinkle of salt
8 oz cocoa powder
Note: The program will be hosted in Zoom, a video conference software that is free for participants. Zoom meeting details will be sent to registrants the day before the program. The Zoom video conference is considered a virtual Library facility. Participants must adhere to the Library Facility Guidelines while attending.
