Program Description

Event Details

Join the Texas Astronomical Society at NASA's ASTRO CAMP! During the NASA ASTRO CAMP, children ages 10-18 can challenge themselves with exciting STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathmatics) activities aimed to motivate future astronauts and engineers to pursue a career in space exploration. You will perform NASA-designed project-based learning activities. NASA ASTRO CAMP consists of child-centered, standards-based STEM activities that utilize NASA resources to provide students with engaging, high-quality STEM learning experiences. NASA’s ASTRO CAMP brings real-world opportunities for every student to join and contribute to NASA’s Science Missions, enhancing understanding through powerful science career connections, inspiring life-long learners for NASA’s future science teams to continue the journey to explore our universe.

Register below for Sunday's session. Please be advised that these sessions are come and go. The sessions do not build on each other and you can attend one and not the other if that works for your schedule.

This program is open to Incoming 5th - 12th graders. 50 spots are open for this program.
