Event Details
Kolam is a geometric art form practiced in many parts of southern India and in Indian households worldwide. Learn about the cultural significance of drawing kolam and practice creating your own designs. Then create a kolam on canvas with acrylic paint to take home and display. This is a two part workshop that will take place on Monday the 17th and Tuesday the 18th. Please plan to attend both days. You will not be able to take your project home until the second day.
This program is open to adults age 18 and up. Registration is required.
