It’s all a matter of supply and demand. A panel of representatives from the Texas Water Development board and City of Coppell will put the issues of water consumption and conservation in perspective from state, municipal, and residential levels. Learn where your tap water comes from, and how you can save money by monitoring consumption of this increasingly scarce resource. This program is FREE of charge.
