Please join us in celebration of Black History Month at the Cozby LIbrary! Dr. W. Marvin Dulaney who is the President of the Association for the Study of African American Life and History, and Deputy Director of the African American Museum in Dallas will be our guest speaker. Dr. Dulaney will be addressing topics such as Black Resistance, why we celebrate Black History Month, the importance of preserving Black History and the African American Experience in Texas.
