Meeting Room AB is the combination of both Meeting Room A and Meeting Room B. It seats up to 100 people (chairs and tables).
Equipment
Library issued microphone are available upon request. Meeting Room AB includes two mounted projectors and screens as well as a large screen monitor. You may also request a mobile white board and markers at the time of your reservation.
Seating
Standard setup includes 16 tables in 4 rows with 4 chairs at each table. Setup and tear down are the responsibility of the group reserving the room. Upon completion the room must be returned to the standard setup. All members of the reserving group must be out of the room by the end of the allotted time.
