Event Details
Much of psychology looks at what is wrong with the world. This program looks at how we can improve ourselves by examining those of us who are above average so that we can help those that are going through the rough patches of life. There is compelling, scientific proof on how we could change our mindset to promote self-improvement and to achieve our goals.
Michael Bromberg, UT Dallas professor, shares psychology data, stories, and his experiences as an educator on why happiness should be at the forefront of your daily activity and mindset.
This program is for adults.
