Tulsi Desai, a licensed physical therapist, will be here to discuss maintaining and improving a healthy pelvic floor. Over time, these muscles weaken due to childbirth, age, or injuries. Learn tips to help strengthen these muscles to prevent and improve a weak pelvic floor.
